Job Description:

  • Preparation of material requests
  • Verification of goods, inventory and documents
  • Canvass and coordinate purchases and job out
  • General accounting and admin tasks
  • Process and release payments
  • Prepare reports and liquidation
  • Encode receipts/inventory logs to the system
  • Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Perform other related coordination tasks
  • Other tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • College graduate of Accounting/Business/Office Administration
  • Experience in admin/purchasing/accounting
  • Professional work ethic and standards
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Computer-literate (Google office/Microsoft office)
  • Background in construction and metal works is a PLUS
  • Resourceful and good communication skills
  • Flexible and can work independently
  • Residing within/near Valenzuela City
