Job Description:
- Preparation of material requests
- Verification of goods, inventory and documents
- Canvass and coordinate purchases and job out
- General accounting and admin tasks
- Process and release payments
- Prepare reports and liquidation
- Encode receipts/inventory logs to the system
- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Perform other related coordination tasks
- Other tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- College graduate of Accounting/Business/Office Administration
- Experience in admin/purchasing/accounting
- Professional work ethic and standards
- Able to multitask effectively
- Computer-literate (Google office/Microsoft office)
- Background in construction and metal works is a PLUS
- Resourceful and good communication skills
- Flexible and can work independently
- Residing within/near Valenzuela City
