Demand Planning & Inventory Manager

Job Summary

The Demand Planning & Inventory Manager leads demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels across all stores. The role analyzes sales data, market trends, and customer insights to align supply with business needs while driving accuracy, efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.

• Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and promotional plans.
• Oversee inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or shortages.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze variances between forecast and actual sales.
• Lead inventory allocation and replenishment strategies across all stores and channels.
• Collaborate with supply chain, merchandising, and operations teams to align demand plans.
• Oversee transfer orders and ensure timely and accurate movement of inventory.
• Analyze inventory performance including sell-through, aging, and stock coverage.
• Prepare reports on demand accuracy, inventory health, and supply chain performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting and inventory processes.
• Lead and develop the demand planning team to ensure alignment and productivity.

• Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
• Experience in retail planning, inventory allocation, and replenishment strategies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
