The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a skilled and meticulous Bookkeeper to join our Manila-based finance team, supporting a growing Australian business. What You’ll be Doing:
- Accurately process and review supplier invoices
- Prepare and manage timely payments in line with agreed terms
- Perform bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Maintain up to date and accurate financial records.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient financial transactions.
- Support with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls.
- Previous exposure to Australian Accounting/Tax Standards is highly regarded
- Hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB or similar platforms.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
