Cook (Ilocano Cuisine Preferred, Stay-In)

We are looking for a skilled Cook who can prepare delicious and authentic meals, with preference for those knowledgeable in Ilocano cuisine. This is a stay-in role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook daily meals, especially Ilocano dishes (e.g., pinakbet, dinengdeng, bagnet)
• Plan menus and ensure food quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
• Monitor inventory and assist in purchasing ingredients
• Follow dietary preferences or special instructions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cook
• Knowledge of Ilocano cuisine is highly preferred
• Willing to stay-in
• Must have valid NBI Clearance
• Good hygiene and time management skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
