- Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments.
- Call selected candidates to negotiate salary and extend job offers.
- Communicate approved salary packages to successful candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and internal candidate database.
- Support employer branding and participate in job fairs and sourcing events.
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Help design, coordinate, and deliver internal training programs including onboarding, technical upskilling, compliance, and soft skills.
- Liaise with external training providers for industry-standard certifications (e.g., HSE, FOA).
- Coordinate ISO-related training documentation and maintain records in alignment with ISO audit requirements.
- Support implementation of ISO awareness and compliance training (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance outcomes.
- Maintain training databases and generate reports for audits, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Organize and coordinate team building activities and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Endorse newly hired employees to the third-party agency for contract preparation and pre-employment requirements.
- Monitor and track employment contracts, including start and end dates, renewals, and completions.
- Facilitate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance processing
- Send and summarize Monthly Performance Evaluations of local employees.
- Ensure the safekeeping and confidentiality of HR and employee files.
- Maintain ongoing coordination with third-party agencies for employment, contract, and deployment concerns.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in all HR activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
