About the role
RRJ' is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented STOCKMAN to join our team in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. As a STOCKMAN, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory management and stock control systems within our Robinsons Palawan store.This is a full-time position, with opportunities for career development and growth within our dynamic retail organisation.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, unpacking and inspecting incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
- Accurately recording and updating inventory levels in our systems
- Organising and maintaining stock rooms and shelving to optimise storage space and accessibility
- Assisting with stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identifying slow-moving or damaged stock and recommending appropriate action
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring products are well-stocked and easily accessible
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to stock management and loss prevention
- Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse or retail environment, preferably in a similar STOCKMAN role
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the wider retail team
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
