We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chief Supervisor (Production Control Section) to oversee production schedules, coordinate shipments, and ensure smooth communication between departments and clients. If you have strong coordination skills and fluency in Mandarin, this role may be perfect for you!

1. Confer with customers to coordinate production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
2. Monitoring and reviewing information from the production to detect or assess problem.
3. Reviewing and distributing production and managing shipment schedules.
4. Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
5. Guiding, directing and motivating subordinates.
6. Compile progress reports on work, cost inventory levels and production problems.
7. Daily reporting to Assistant Production Manager and coordinate with department chief supervisors in Mandarin language.

• Must have at least 10 years’ experience in production control, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Taiwanese is required for internal coordination.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage schedules efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and timeliness.
