Our team delivers a high-quality service to Medical Practices and supports the onsite staff with communication (phone, email, fax) management, appointment scheduling & confirmations, patient record updates, pathology & radiology result follow up, referrals management and patient reactivations.

DETAILS OF THE ROLE- 100% remote, work-from-home, permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday 8-hour work shift between 8.00AM – 6.00PM AEST
- Salary Offer: Php 35,000.00 – Php 40,000.00 per month
- An experienced medical receptionist or administrator with at least 4 years’ experience in a customer service role within a BPO setting (preferably in a Healthcare Account)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with handling high volume phone conversations
- Proficiency in practice management software, EMR systems, and office applications
- Working knowledge of Office365
- Working knowledge of practice management software (such as Gentu, Clinic to Cloud, Xestro and Coreplus) is advantageous, but not required
- Working knowledge of the Australian Healthcare system (i.e Medicare and Health Funds) is advantageous, but not required
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Problem-solving skills for handling patient inquiries and admin tasks
- Flexibility to learn and adapt in a virtual environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone and online communications
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders
- Handle emails, referrals, and patient inquiries
- Assist with theatre lists and surgical bookings
- Maintain accurate records across medical software platforms
- Follow up on patient tasks and ensure timely admin completion
- Collaborate with other Medical practitioners and pathologists
- Uphold industry compliance and privacy standards
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and other team members
- Day Shift work schedule with Weekends off
