STORE SUPERVISOR

• Manages all aspects of the store operations. Expected to deliver a high-quality experience to the guests and motivate the staff to ensure excellent customer service. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.

• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
• Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Monitoring staff productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
• Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
• Prepare and submit performance reports
• Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

• Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable in basic General Manufacturing Process, Basic Food Safety and HACCP.
