Central WH - Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Contribute to strategic warehouse plans and process improvements.

• Manage warehouse expenses by monitoring budgets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain proper inventory movement and stock allocation across warehouse locations.
• Ensure proper space utilization and warehouse layout optimization.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Implement warehouse security and safety measures, including preventive maintenance.

• Ensure 100% accuracy in encoding inventory transactions into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Monitor real-time stock updates and ensure proper system adjustments for inbound and outbound goods.
• Conduct regular audits to verify system records against actual inventory levels.
• Work closely with the inventory team to resolve discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
• Maintain and update inventory records for easy tracking and reporting.
• Generate inventory-related reports to support decision-making.

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for branches.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Identify and mitigate health and safety risks in warehouse operations.
• Enforce company policies, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Supervise the proper handling and transportation of goods to prevent damage.
• Ensure proper certification and documentation for forklift operators and delivery personnel.
• Oversee shipment processes, including sorting, labeling, packing, and database entry.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous and flammable materials.

• Lead and train warehouse personnel to ensure high performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective measures when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Supply Chain Management, or any of its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Systematic & organized with inventory of stocks & supplies
• Warehouse Inventory Management
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership skills
• Tactful and diplomacy
• Planning and organizational skills
