Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Team Leader in collections, BPO, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
