Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the collections team.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPI achievement.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Prepare and submit performance and collection reports.
• Implement collection strategies to maximize recoveries.
• Coordinate with management on operational improvements and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Team Leader in collections, BPO, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Goal-oriented and capable of managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
