PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  • Administer and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, and VPCconfigurations.
  • Perform regular administration of Windows-based servers (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FileServices).
  • Handle Oracle infrastructure-related tasks such as Oracle server deployment, configuration, and backups(infrastructure-level only; no application/functional support).
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of critical systems.
  • Implement and maintain system security and compliance based on organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Perform routine backups, disaster recovery planning, and restore procedures across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with application, network, and InfoSec teams for system design, incident resolution, and upgrades.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Monitor and Manage the Uptime of all Systems both On-Premise and Cloud to meet the standard service levels
  • Take ownership and diligently work on Incidents, Problems, Requests, and Escalations related to Cloud Services and System Environments; ensure high availability and scalability of systems
  • Manages the Systems Administration of all Servers, adheres to defined standard operating procedure of system policies, security, and performance metric; recommends enhancements to maintain system standards and performance levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments, resources, and partners for smooth project implementation and transition of Cloud Production environment
  • Participate in the planning activities, schedule of deliverables, and resources in support of business technology projects and ensure that the Systems Administration team are ready or well-informed before cutover to Production
  • Participate in the evaluation of new tools and systems; provides recommendations on best IT practices and standards related to Systems Architecture and Administration
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers related to Systems Administration; help in ensuring timely resolution of tickets, accurate delivery of fixes, and update documentations
  • Participates in SLA reviews and monitors weekly/monthly meetings, performance review through the agreed measurements or KPIs of projects; prepare necessary reports for submission on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinates with CIT outsourced providers and vendors in terms of releases or enhancements together with Service Delivery Team and endorse to CAB for approval
  • Submit recommendations of necessary peripherals, tools, trainings, and other equipment to be included to the CIT budget
  • Ensure all processes and procedures related to Systems Administration are
  • well-documented, updated, and logged into knowledge-base repository system; document all system changes and deployments
  • Coordinate implementation of plans, enhancements, solutions, and Interim solutions to achieve timely project delivery

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

MINIMUM educational level and background required by this POSITION:

  • College Graduate of 4, 5 year-course, preferably: BS Computer Engineering, Science or IT Courses and with industry certification or trainings related to Systems or Cloud/Web Administration
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
  • At least Four to 8 Years (4 to 8) years - in-depth understanding of computer software, hardware and networks; hands-on Cloud Systems Administration, configuration and maintenance of Cloud Services preferably AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google Workspace, coordination with Vendors, technical knowledge on Cloud-based/Web Application Systems, MySQL, Database, continuous integration and deployment tools, strategic planning and standards in ITIL.
  • Knowledgeable with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Familiarity with open-source environments (e.g., Linux, Apache,etc). Monitoring experience using tools OpManager. Scripting experience with PowerShell or similar.
