ABOUT THE ROLE
The Management Accounting Head is a strategic finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, business performance, and commercial decision-making across one of the Philippines' fastest-growing restaurant groups.
This role partners closely with the Executive Committee, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and other business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights that support expansion, profitability, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead the company's management accounting, financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting functions.
- Drive the preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate store expansion, new concepts, pricing strategies, product launches, and capital investments.
- Develop financial models and business cases for new store openings, closures, renovations, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to improve sales, margins, productivity, and profitability.
- Strengthen reporting standards, financial controls, SOPs, and governance across the organization.
- Drive automation, dashboard reporting, and continuous process improvements through ERP and BI tools.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Management Accounting team while building a high-performance finance organization.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to Executive Leadership and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA or CMA is highly preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience leading Management Accounting or FP&A teams.
- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business partnering.
- Strong leadership experience managing multi-level finance teams.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Business One or equivalent) and BI/reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior executives.
