PH Finance Controller (Manager) - Quezon City

We are seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Finance Leader to drive end-to-end financial operations while enabling the modernization of our finance infrastructure. This role combines expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic analysis with a proven track record in migrating legacy finance systems to automated, cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with PFRS and local regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and internal control implementation.
• Direct and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with company goals.
• Lead or support the migration of legacy finance systems to modern solutions (e.g., ERP, AI-enabled tools), with strong skills in data mapping, system integration, and chart of accounts restructuring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable seamless digital finance transformation while ensuring data integrity and process efficiency across AP, AR, general ledger, and reporting functions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Prior experience in BPO, consulting, corporate transparency, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
• Proficient in NetSuite, Yooz, and Lucca software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
