Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Australian HR Contract Writer to support Australian-based clients with the preparation and development of HR and employment documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian employment practices, Fair Work requirements, and HR documentation standards.

This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work with Australian businesses across various industries.

• Prepare, draft, and review HR and employment-related documentation based on client requirements.
• Develop employment contracts, contractor agreements, policies, procedures, and other HR documents as required.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Australian employment standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information and requirements.
• Provide recommendations and updates to HR documentation when necessary.
• Perform other HR documentation and contract-writing duties as required by the client.

• Proven experience in Australian HR, Employment Relations, or HR Documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, awards, and National Employment Standards (NES).
• Experience drafting Australian employment contracts, contractor agreements, policies, and HR documentation.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience supporting Australian businesses is highly preferred.

• Background in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with Australian employers or HR consulting firms.
• Familiarity with Fair Work compliance and modern awards.
