IT Project Officer - Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from planning and design to implementation and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and adjust timelines or strategies as needed
• Identify and mitigate project risks, technical issues, and potential delays
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, cybersecurity protocols, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and service providers for software or hardware implementation
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, dashboards, and documentation to stakeholders and decision-makers
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across IT systems, processes, and documentation
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide hands-on technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or IT operations
• Proven track record of managing software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of IT systems, network infrastructure, and project lifecycle methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, and Microsoft 365
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Pasig City

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Project management certifications
• Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion
