CUSTOMER ASSET RECOVERY TEAM LEAD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer asset recovery, collections, or a similar role
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of asset recovery processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in field quality checking, including on-site validation and review of recovery activities
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high integrity and accountability
- Willing to work on-site and travel for field checks as needed
