- Expected salary: ₱15,000 per month
PURCHASING STAFF
☑️Must be a college graduate
☑️with 1-3 years' experience in the same field as trading, wholesaling, hardware, and construction materials with more than 1000 SKUs
☑️with experience in monitoring stock levels and making recommendations for purchase orders.
☑️can work with less supervision
☑️willing to relocate
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluating vendors in comparison of products, prices, and services.
Can negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best terms.
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery items, product ranges, etc. Can manage and maintain inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Can monitor stock levels and identify purchasing need.
Do research and identifying prospective suppliers.
Reviewing quality of purchased products and resolving any discrepancies.
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
Seek and partner with reliable vendors and supplier.
Shall coordinate with different departments with regards to their request for stock transfers and out of stock items.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
