Conducting repair, troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all kitchen and facility equipment
Performing regular equipment checks and completing maintenance checklists
Inspecting and reporting busted lights, faulty wiring, and other items in need of repair
Recommending appropriate repair and maintenance solutions
Procuring necessary parts and materials for repair work
Assisting the Manager on Duty in supervising third-party contractors
Helping facilitate permit acquisition for maintenance activities
Monitoring cleanliness in areas such as the parking lot, back area, and restrooms
Cleaning glass windows and front areas as needed
Performing basic carpentry work related to furniture or structural needs
Assisting in construction, repair, and maintenance tasks across stores and the head office
Supporting any additional tasks as may be assigned by the Manager on Duty

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Ref and Aircon Technology (NC II)
With experience in Ref and Aircon repair and maintenance including electrical wiring
Flexible, hardworking and have the ability to work under pressure
