About the role
Join our dynamic team at GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.' as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our Makati City office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the financial services industry.Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound customer calls and emails, listening to their needs and providing timely and accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document the resolution of customer concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant financial products and services to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with financial products and services, or a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
