Business Development Representative (Real Estate)

• $6/hour + Commission on every closed deal
• Serving homeowners in Arizona, Florida, and Texas
• About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a growing real estate investment team. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners navigating life transitions—such as probate, relocation, or financial hardship—and help them explore property selling options.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls daily to homeowners from a pre-qualified lead list
• Engage in empathetic conversations to understand each homeowner’s situation
• Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and selling interest
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our real estate solutions
• Coordinate with the acquisitions team for smooth handoffs of qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently to nurture leads

• Experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals in sensitive or transitional situations (e.g., relocation, financial stress, probate)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a bonus
• Compensation
• $6/hour base rate
• Commission earned for every successful deal closed
