Junior Auditor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any graduate of 4-year course preferably accounting or any course that requires data analysis capability.
• 1-2 years prior business experience in financial, operational, or compliance auditing or supervisory level accounting position within a food industry company.
• Ability to present concisely and descriptively in both oral and written format to all levels of management.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the process and related controls.
• Excel/Word capability required; flowcharting capability desired.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Senior Auditor in conducting the Stock Inventory Audit for Wingers Unlimited & New York Buffalo Brad’s branches and 5BDF Warehouse on a specified date and time.
• Assist Senior Auditor in conducting Operational Audit for Wingers Unlimited & New York Buffalo Brad’s branches as specified and scheduled.
• Conducts Cash Handling Audit for Wingers Unlimited & New York Buffalo Brad’s branches based on the guidelines of the audit procedures as scheduled by the Senior Auditor or Audit Manager.
• Provides feedbacks and suggestions to Operations personnel on the findings of the audits conducted and provide remarks as part of documentation.
• Encoding of the Actual and System Inventory on the prescribed Inventory Form and Google Drive, as well as the Cash & Operational Audit findings on the forms and documents that the company used.
• Assist Senior Auditor on the analysis of the variances and come up with a sound decision in order to implement corrective actions.
• May conduct spot checks and audits to Wingers Unlimited & New York Buffalo Brad’s branches as advised by the Senior Auditor.
• Safekeeping of the department files and records and organized them accordingly and treat with confidentiality.
• Work hand in hand with Department personnel by providing feedbacks and suggestions.
• Attend meetings and seminars as instructed and scheduled by the Senior Auditor.
• Keep and upholds confidential matters at hand.
