What You'll Do- Provide outstanding customer support through Voice (Phone) or Blended channels (Phone, Email, and Chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Deliver accurate information while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and follow established processes and procedures.
- Meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with team members and support groups to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 6 months of customer support experience in a Contact Center or BPO environment
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain professional, composed, and customer-focused under pressure
Willing to handle either:
- Pure Voice Support (Phone), or
- Blended Support (Phone, Email, and Chat)
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City
SALARY:
Php 18,000 + allowances and other benefits!
