Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to provide healthcare support and promote employee wellness in the workplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering first aid, monitoring employee health, maintaining medical records, and assisting in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and basic healthcare services to employees.
• Assess and monitor employee health conditions and illnesses.
• Maintain and update employees' medical records and health-related documentation.
• Monitor and replenish clinic medicines and medical supplies.
• Assist in the implementation of health and wellness programs.
• Coordinate employee medical examinations, annual physical exams, and vaccinations.
• Facilitate government-mandated health requirements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate with hospitals or medical providers when necessary.
• Prepare monthly clinic and health-related reports.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
• Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and First Aid Training.
• With at least 1 year of related work experience in a corporate, industrial, or clinic setting is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Naga City or Danao City, Cebu.
