HR Recruitment Specialist - Manila

• Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks
• Conduct screening interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process—from job posting and applicant tracking to job offers and onboarding
• Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and align recruitment with company goals
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems
• Build a strong employer brand through engaging job ads, content, and candidate experience
• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws and internal HR policies

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; experience in media, marketing, advertising, or e-commerce industries is a strong advantage but not required
• Proven ability to recruit for creative and technical roles, especially live hosts, content creators, and marketing professionals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with social recruiting, talent platforms, and applicant tracking systems
• Highly organized, resourceful, and goal-oriented

Nice to Have:

• Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing
• Experience with livestreaming platforms and creator networks
• Knowledge of digital talent ecosystems and online communities
