Job Description

As a Support Specialist, you'll provide customer-focused technical support across multiple channels, troubleshoot software-related issues, and collaborate with the product and support teams to help improve user experience and platform quality.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support and customer service
  • Proficiency in communication through Phone, Email, Ticketing, and Live Chat platforms
  • Knowledge of online, mobile, and desktop platforms, including iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
  • An understanding of APIs as a means to integrate and connect applications
  • Experience in troubleshooting within a software environment
Your Daily Tasks
  • Engaging in enthusiastic, positive, and informed interactions with customers and Ordermentum team members, upholding Ordermentum's standard of excellence in support
  • Employing consistent troubleshooting methods to quickly and accurately determine the cause of customer issues and provide timely and suitable solutions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns promptly
  • Contributing to the Ordermentum Knowledge Base efforts
  • Participating in the evaluation and implementation of new releases on the Ordermentum platform
  • Helping identify, document, and escalate product issues and bugs to be verified
  • Advocating for enhancements to our products and services based on direct customer feedback to the Support Technical Lead & Support Manager
  • This position is part of a 7-day Support Team and may require weekend work
