About the role
Seocho Wellness' is looking for a dedicated Factory Worker to join our dynamic team in Pampanga Central Luzon. As a contract role, this position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing- Operate and monitor various machines and equipment to ensure efficient and consistent production
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality control protocols to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Prior experience as a Factory Worker or in a similar manufacturing role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and priorities
