Structural Engineer with Project Management

Sunsteel Fabrication Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with Project Management skills to join our team in Mexico Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural design and construction of large-scale commercial and residential projects, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards.

• Develop structural designs and specifications for various construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to identify and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project management and decision-making
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and engineering best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in project management
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or AutoCAD
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
