In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats.
Perform basic product troubleshooting using information from public documents and limited to business unit products.
Explain product specifications and product features to customers.
Gather, collect, organize, and send electronic copies of documentation to the customers.
Identify project ideas and opportunities that support continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering courses.

- Experience in installations and applications of wiring and other related products.
