Job Summary

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services. The role involves managing social media and other marketing channels, developing client relationships, assisting in sales activities, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.

• Execute digital marketing programs across social media platforms and other marketing channels.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage content for digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Support product promotion and marketing efforts to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Assist in inside sales and direct sales activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful campaign implementation.
• Utilize marketing databases and tools to support marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, service marketing, and sales concepts.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
