- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures or timing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Coordinate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines
Job Qualifications:
- At least a High School graduate or has completed vocational training in baking
- Experience in baking is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in baking techniques and use of kitchen equipment
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
