Scope of

Work:

• Lead training classes for clients, delivering engaging and informative

• Conduct practical demonstrations on how to use coffee machines and equipment

• Demonstrate coffee brewing techniques, including espresso extraction, milk

• Collaborate with the training team to develop customized training programs

• Provide hands-on training and coaching to students, guiding them through the

• Offer expert advice and guidance to clients on various aspects of coffee

• Maintain regular communication with students who have registered for training

• Follow up with students after training to assess their progress and offer

• Build strong relationships with clients and cultivate a network of satisfied

• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the coffee

• Share knowledge and insights with the training team to enhance the quality of

• Develop strategies to promote cafe products and increase sales through

• Educate baristas on product features, benefits, and selling points to enhance

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance,

• Stay updated on industry trends, coffee brewing techniques, and new equipment

to ensure training programs remain current and relevant. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your own skills as a barista trainer. Qualifications: -Extensive Barista Experience: Proven experience in specialty coffee preparation, including espresso, pour-over, cold brew, and other manual brewing techniques.

• Strong Knowledge of Coffee Beans and Roasts: Understanding of origins, roast profiles, flavor notes, and how different beans interact with brewing methods and ingredients.
• Creativity and Innovation: Ability to develop original drink recipes and experiment with flavor combinations, textures, and presentations.
• Familiarity with Milk Alternatives and Flavor Modifiers: Skilled in using dairy substitutes, syrups, infusions, spices, and natural sweeteners in beverage creation.
• Sensory Evaluation Skills: Trained palate for tasting, analyzing, and refining beverages for balance, flavor profile, and consistency.
• Attention to Detail and Quality Control: Commitment to maintaining high standards in drink presentation, taste, and ingredient consistency.
• Understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards: Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safe handling of ingredients and equipment.
