Job Description:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Build and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalog items.
- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and automations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Experience with ITSM modules.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
