What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering (highly preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of networking experience
  • Experience in a technical support team (a plus)
  • Strong background in wireless systems and troubleshooting
  • Experience in design and site servicing
  • Hands-on experience with Ekahau (highly advantageous)
  • Experience in pre-sales and product demonstrations (highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Creative and analytical problem-solver
What You'll Be Working On
  • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospective accounts
  • Work independently or within a team to deliver measurable results
  • Own business opportunities and coordinate between teams as needed
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Understand the business model of each customer and assess potential profit
  • Match customer pain points and requirements with the right solutions
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos that highlight value
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP and RFI responses
  • Communicate client needs to R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
