This is not a standard internship — it’s an immersive, high-stakes role for those eager to learn startup operations from the inside out. You’ll work directly with the Co-Founder, receive real feedback, and manage cross-functional coordination.Expect growth, not comfort.
What You’ll Do- Co-founder support & ops: Manage day-to-day priorities, timelines, and follow-through for the co-founders.
- Cross-team coordination: Work with Engineering, QA, Sales, Accounting, Legal, clients, and third-party vendors to unblock deliverables.
- Program & sprint tracking: Monitor strategic initiatives, risks, and dependencies; surface clear status reports weekly.
- Notes & reporting: Take structured minutes, consolidate decisions, and prepare concise weekly dashboards/presentations.
- Research & analysis: Investigate tools, vendors, competitors, markets; turn data into insights and recommendations.
- Data work: Build simple dashboards, analyze customer/marketing/business trends, and support basic data governance.
- Process & documentation: Draft SOPs, improve internal workflows, and help institutionalize best practices.
- Representation: Present updates on behalf of the co-founder when needed.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion under the company’s NDA.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Trello / JIRA (or similar PM tools)
- Basic BI/visualization skills, LookerStudio (e.g., Sheets charts; any bonus tool is welcome)
- Zero-to-one startup execution: chaos, pivots, and disciplined delivery
- Operational leadership and multi-department coordination
- Influence without authority: communicating decisions and driving alignment
- Exposure to co-founder-level problem-solving and tradeoffs
- Strong personality, high EQ, and resilience in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable with direct, unfiltered feedback and rapid iteration
- Excellent organization, written notes, and follow-through
- Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with Trello/JIRA (or quick learner)
- Willingness to work flexible/extended hours when needed; reliable attendance face-to-face as per agreed or needed
- Background or interest in data analysis (turning raw data into actionable insights)
- Experience in student leadership, org operations, or project coordination
