Schedule: Night shift

Collections:

• Implement and execute collection strategies to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.

Billing and Invoicing:

• Generate accurate and timely customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
• Verify billing information, including rates, quantities, and discounts.

Customer Account Management:

• Maintain customer accounts, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.

Reconciliation:

• Reconcile accounts to ensure payments are properly applied.

Dispute Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving accounts receivable processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce payment cycle times.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, industry regulations, and internal controls.

Qualifications and Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit management, or a similar financial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
