About the Role
As an Admin Assistant, you’ll process and organise various documents, assist with invoicing and data entry, and help convert paper records into digital files. You'll ensure accurate record-keeping, support financial workflows, and contribute to internal process efficiency.If you're reliable, good with numbers, and comfortable handling structured tasks, this could be the role for you.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- Bachelor’s degree (preferably finance or accounting related)
- Experience with invoicing and basic financial processes
- Minimum 2 years in current role and typically 5+ years total work experience
- Background in customer service, banking, or call centers
- Exposure to Xero and cloud platforms like SharePoint is a plus
- Experience with payroll support is an advantage (not required)
- Good numerical ability and confidence with data
- Amenable to work onsite in our Davao City Site: Robinsons Cybergate Delta Davao
- Review and process dockets and related documentation from mine sites
- Provide back-end invoicing support, including digital filing and data entry
- Assist in converting paper documentation to digital format
- Handle Take 3s, Take 5s, and other safety or site documents
- Assist with document processing and data management
- Potential to support payroll processing in the future
- Use cloud-based storage systems like SharePoint for organised file handling.
