Senior Multimedia & Visual Designer (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Multimedia & Visual Designer to develop impactful visual communications, branding assets, and digital multimedia materials. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end design production, from conceptualization to final execution, particularly for technology-oriented and organizational initiatives.

Applicants must be open to either full-time or contract-based engagement.

A strong and updated portfolio showcasing relevant work is required and must be readily available for sharing upon client request.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain visual identity frameworks and branding standards
• Design promotional and informational materials including banners, posters, stickers, illustrations, icons, and other marketing collaterals
• Create templates for recurring visual communications and reports
• Ensure all outputs align with branding guidelines and communication objectives

• Translate client requirements into visually compelling communication outputs
• Conceptualize, develop, and refine graphics for outreach, engagement, and change initiatives
• Manage end-to-end production of visual and multimedia deliverables
• Develop wireframes, thumbnails, and initial visual concepts
• Produce, edit, and assemble final outputs ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with briefs

• Plan production workflows, timelines, and required activities for each deliverable
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of outputs
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and technical standards
• Prepare progress reports and other required documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or any related design field
• Minimum seven (7) years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or Visual Communications Designer
• Extensive experience in end-to-end design production from conceptualization to final output
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Experience working on technology-oriented or IT-related creative briefs is an advantage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, multimedia, and visual communication work

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
