Job Summary
The Cadet Engineer, Production will assist in the daily production operations of the plant to ensure efficient, safe, and high quality processing. The role involves supporting production monitoring, process improvement initiatives, and coordination with different teams to maintain productivity and operational standards.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related Engineering field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of production processes, manufacturing operations, and quality standards
- Analytical, detail oriented, and proactive in problem solving
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
