It is a registered private corporation at the Securities of Exchange and Commission.It is a duly licensed free standing tertiary diagnostic laboratory duly licensed by the Department of Health.
It is currently operating a diagnostic laboratory branch at the Municipality of Mexico, Municipality of San Fernando (beside Makabali Hospital) and Municipality of Mabalacat.

Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to solve issues quickly and fairly.
Responsibilities & Duties
Drawing from best practices across multiple industries, core duties include: Supervising and coordinating team activities during shifts
Scheduling staff, managing attendance, and monitoring coverageTraining, mentoring, and coaching both new and existing employees
Monitoring performance and delivering constructive feedback; conducting evaluations
Addressing employee or customer concerns promptly and professionally
Recruiting Resources
Maintaining compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Preparing performance and operational reports for management review
Identifying process improvements, cost reduction, and waste‐elimination opportunities
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
Minimum: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred
At least 1+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role, ideally within a related industry such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, or service operations
Core CompetenciesProven leadership and decision‑making abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication, including active listening
Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to prioritize under pressure
Conflict resolution and coaching skills to foster a positive, motivating environment
Attention to detail and quality standards to meet customer and company expectations
