Creative Marketing Associate

• Create digital content and visual materials for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Design engaging social media graphics, recruitment campaigns, reels, and short-form video content aligned with company objectives
• Support the execution of recruitment, branding, and promotional campaigns through creative digital assets
• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with WBridges’ brand identity, tone, and marketing direction

• Develop layouts for internal and external marketing requests, including flyers, posters, tarpaulins, presentation decks, brochures, and event materials
• Produce visually effective materials that support recruitment, sales, internal communication, and brand-building efforts
• Maintain design consistency across all approved company projects

• Edit videos for recruitment campaigns, social media, internal initiatives, and promotional content
• Assist in creating motion graphics, visual presentations, and multimedia assets when needed
• Organize and maintain creative files and digital assets for team accessibility

• Understand project goals and create visuals that support campaign performance and audience engagement
• Collaborate with the Marketing Head and team members on campaign execution, brainstorming, and creative planning
• Contribute strategic, creative ideas that support marketing growth and visibility

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in website-related creative updates or digital asset organization when needed
• Support event-related creative requirements and activations
• Participate in internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning
• Stay updated on digital marketing, design, and social media trends relevant to Company
• Perform other marketing and creative-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Head

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, IT, or related field
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools
• Strong understanding of social media content creation, digital marketing, and branding
• Experience in graphic design, layout, presentation design, and video editing
• Creative with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment marketing, manpower, or employer branding
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, website asset organization, or digital content management
• Knowledge of photography, videography, or motion graphics is an advantage
