Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk area.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external organizations, such as government agencies, vendors, and business partners.
- Handle document submissions, processing, and follow-ups for permits, licenses, or other corporate requirements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist, liaison, or administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of local government processes and documentation is a plus.
