Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Receptionist/Liaison to join our team. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and serving as a point of contact between the company and external parties.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk area.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external organizations, such as government agencies, vendors, and business partners.
  • Handle document submissions, processing, and follow-ups for permits, licenses, or other corporate requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between different departments when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, liaison, or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of local government processes and documentation is a plus.
