Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Operations VA to take full ownership of growth across our Amazon store. This is a strategic, high-impact role that goes well beyond ad management — you will lead listing optimization, advertising performance, and keyword ranking strategy to drive real and measurable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and capable of operating independently while collaborating with design and operations teams to maximize overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Build and manage campaign structures from Auto through Manual to Scaling phases, with a consistent focus on improving ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS
- Lead end-to-end listing strategy including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and overall product positioning
- Define product USPs and content direction, working closely with designers to produce high-converting visuals
- Conduct keyword research and strategic expansion to identify high-impact terms and strengthen organic rankings
- Align PPC and SEO strategies to maximize visibility across both paid and organic channels
- Analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue to identify growth opportunities and resolve bottlenecks
- Develop and execute product launch strategies to build ranking momentum and drive visibility for new listings
- Deliver weekly performance insights, clear reports, and actionable growth recommendations
- Coordinate with the operations team on inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure full alignment across marketing and operations
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with clear, measurable, results-driven outcomes
- Strong understanding of the Amazon algorithm, organic ranking mechanics, and conversion rate optimization
- Demonstrated experience in listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and image strategy
- Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or comparable Amazon research platforms
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into clear action plans
- Ability to take full ownership of the role and drive consistent results with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously without losing quality
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing PPC and listings across multiple products or brand accounts concurrently
- A documented history of scaling Amazon products to significant revenue levels
- Hands-on experience planning and executing complete Amazon product launches
- Familiarity with external traffic strategies including TikTok Ads, influencer marketing, or Meta Ads
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design and operations
