Responsibilities】

End-to-End Production: Lead the creative direction, filming, and post-production for high-quality short-form videos.
Cinematic Motion & Camera Movement: Expertly execute various camera movements (e.g., panning, tilting, tracking, gimbal work, and handheld stabilization) to create dynamic and cinematic visual storytelling.
Professional Photography: Conduct professional photoshoots for streamers and talents, including lifestyle, studio, and promotional content.
Visual Directing & Posing: Direct talents on camera angles, posing, and expressions to ensure the most flattering and professional results on screen.
Content Planning: Develop shooting plans, scripts, and storyboards based on market trends and specific Streamer Personas.
Advanced Post-Production: Handle full post-production duties, including Video Editing (NLE), Photo Retouching, Color Grading, and VFX.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance data (retention, CTR) on TikTok/Reels to refine content strategies.

【Qualifications】

Aesthetic & Creativity: Strong eye for composition, lighting, and modern digital art trends.
Mastery of Movement: Deep understanding of cinematic camera language and the ability to use motion to enhance video energy and narrative.
Directorial Skills: Ability to command a set and provide clear guidance to talents regarding their posture and movement.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of professional camera gear (Mirrorless/Cinema) and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut.
Platform Intelligence: Deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram algorithms and "Trendjacking" techniques.
Communication: Ability to collaborate efficiently in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in English and/or Tagalog is a plus.
Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio or showreel showcasing both Video (with smooth camera work) and Photography.

【Preferred Qualifications】

Professional Experience: Prior experience in TV Stations, Magazine Shoots, or Talent/Modeling Agencies.
Success Stories: Experience in growing social media accounts or producing viral content.
AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-driven editing or workflow automation tools.

Schedule: 6-day work week, 8 hours/day (Must be willing to work overtime).
