Medical Sales Representative

Location: Quezon City / Marikina / Rizal Area

Job Overview

We are looking for a driven, professional, and customer-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, managing assigned accounts, and achieving sales targets within the Quezon City, Marikina, and Rizal territories.

The selected applicant will undergo a training and transition period, working closely with the previous Medical Sales Representative of the area to ensure a smooth and complete territory turnover.

Salary and Allowances
  • Salary: Php 15,300.00 (NCR Minimum Wage)
  • Daily Meal Allowance: Php 160.00 per working day
  • Actual Transportation Allowance
  • Employees may also earn commissions depending on product sales performance and achievement of company targets.

Key Responsibilities

During the employment, the Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Promote and present company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives set by the company.
  • Conduct regular, complete, and properly documented calls and visits to assigned accounts within the territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
  • Personally deliver products, samples, or orders to customers, hospitals, clinics, or pharmacies within the assigned territory, as needed.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and client feedback.
  • Maintain and continuously update product knowledge.
  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable from clients.
  • Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings at the main office in Brgy. Lourdes, Quezon City.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, reports, marketing plans, expenses, and customer interactions.
  • Fill out and submit required daily activity and territory monitoring reports.
  • Maintain close coordination with District Sales Managers, the Sales and Marketing Manager, and other members of the sales team regarding territory concerns and account updates.
  • Uphold the company’s professional image, ethical standards, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.

Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School graduate; college level or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical fieldwork, or sales-related work is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories.
  • Organized, responsible, punctual, and dependable.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Fresh graduates and applicants with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Employment Status
  • Employees will initially undergo a 6-month probationary period.
  • Upon satisfactory performance and evaluation, employees may be considered for regular employment.
  • Regular employees who have completed at least one (1) year of regular status may become eligible for company performance-based bonuses, including mid-year and year-end bonuses, subject to management approval and performance evaluation results.
  • Employees who have completed at least one (1) year as a regular employee may also become eligible for company leave privileges such as 15 Vacation Leaves (VL), 15 Sick Leaves (SL), and HMO coverage, subject to company policy and performance standards.
