Job Description

The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance processes in coconut production, ensuring compliance with food safety, industry regulations, and company standards. They lead inspection, testing, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain product excellence.

• Develop, implement, and enforce QA policies for coconut-based products.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
• Oversee raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product testing.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams for quality improvements.
• Manage QA audits and documentation, ensuring timely reporting.
• Train and mentor QA personnel to uphold best practices in food safety and quality control.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA for coconut processing or food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety laws, and quality management systems.
• Experience in ISO audits and compliance documentation.
• Leadership experience in QA team management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
