About the role

GDV Business Services Co. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Voice, Chat & Email Support Associates to join our growing customer service team. This is a full-time position based in Antipolo City, Rizal. In this role, you will be the voice and face of our organisation, providing exceptional support across multiple communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This position is crucial to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and directly contributes to the success of our business operations.

Key responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism, patience and courtesy, addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  2. Respond to customer emails in a timely manner, providing accurate information and comprehensive solutions to customer concerns
  3. Engage with customers through chat platforms, offering real-time support and guidance whilst maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanour
  4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's systems, ensuring complete and detailed records for future reference
  5. Troubleshoot customer problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary
  6. Follow company protocols, policies and procedures to maintain service quality and consistency
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations
  8. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings and quality metrics
  9. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting one another to achieve common goals
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with clear pronunciation and professional tone
  2. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or multi-channel support environment
  3. Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously whilst maintaining quality and accuracy
  4. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help others
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software and typing with good accuracy
  6. Patience, empathy and emotional intelligence when dealing with challenging customer situations
  7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  9. Reliability and commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance
  10. Previous experience in voice, chat and email support is preferred but not mandatory
