Job Overview:We're seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Reels Editor to join our team on a part-time basis. Initially, this role will require approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our needs evolve.

You'll be responsible for transforming various forms of content into engaging and high-performing social media reels for platforms like Instagram. We're looking for someone who can capture the essence of different themes and deliver polished, scroll-stopping videos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit diverse video content into short, impactful social media reels for various purposes.
• Craft captivating travel reels that inspire wanderlust and a desire for similar experiences.
• Produce snappy radio edits by chopping up audio clips, adding animations, subtitles, and other engaging elements.
• Create impactful reels on Neurodivergence, ranging from heartfelt narratives to entertaining and insightful content, often requiring custom animations.
• Develop podcast reels by extracting compelling bites from longer footage, ensuring strong hooks and engaging visuals.
• Design simple quote videos and 3-second reels with effective text overlays.
• Select appropriate music to enhance the mood and impact of each reel.
• Implement creative transitions and custom animations to elevate video quality and engagement.

• Proven experience in video editing, specifically for social media platforms.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create dynamic and visually appealing reels.
• An eye for detail and a knack for storytelling through short-form video.
• Ability to adapt editing style to suit different themes and objectives.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
