General Affairs/ Admin Staff

Job Responsibilities:
- Create initiatives and organize overall General Affairs/ Admin needs of the company.
- Assist in planning, maintaining and organizing the process and operations flow of the company
- Manages and maintains confidential document related to Admin and Finance.
- Handles purchasing of materials and farm inputs, inventory and management of company assets
- Handling, reporting and monitoring company's expenses, timely payment of company bills, rent, dues, and salaries and ensuring regular and timely renewal and compliance with necessary business and legal permits
- Create and maintain trackers of files or transactions related to sales and finance.
- Represent the management in dealings and transactions with suppliers and farm employees.
- Promote the good image of the company in all transactions, internal and external customers, suppliers, community, government and co-employees who may be directly or indirectly involved in the business
- Other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Admin/ General Affairs or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player and has the heart and drive to grow in a promising social enterprise company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel functions is a must.
