Job Summary:
The Decision Support Senior Analyst (Senior Financial Planning Analyst) will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis in the Commercial Finance & Decision Support function, providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making processes.This role involves analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and developing financial models to guide the company's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-term financial plans
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex financial & pricing models to support strategic initiatives and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related area.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
